We are delighted to share that Stephanie Rogers, a familiar face and dedicated team member at NPHI, has been promoted to Director of Member Services. In this new role, Stephanie will continue to enhance the support and resources we provide to our members, which includes supporting thousands of individuals who engage with NPHI each and every day. Stephanie has been a superstar on our team for several years, working hard to keep NPHI running smoothly. We look forward to the continued positive impact she will have on our organization and membership.
Stephanie’s Bio
Stephanie is responsible for maintaining all membership data metrics, collecting and disseminating annual member information, and managing access to and content on the Member Portal. and handles internal communications through a weekly newsletter distributed to thousands of individuals across the United States. Additionally, Stephanie manages all meeting registrations, facilitating the registration process for attendees, speakers, and sponsors at NPHI’s Annual Summit.
Beyond these responsibilities, Stephanie supports numerous short- and long-term initiatives, including coordination of the creation of all of NPHI’s Innovation Lab advanced illness guide initiatives. She serves as a liaison between NPHI and partner organizations, such as the American Lung Association, ensuring the timely completion of project pipelines and other internal projects.
Prior to joining NPHI, Stephanie worked in Retail Management and as a Call Center Manager. She also volunteered on various PTO boards in the role of Treasurer. In addition to her role at NPHI, Stephanie runs a successful small business.
Born and raised in Germany, Stephanie brings a wealth of international experience to NPHI which enables her to engage successfully with a variety of individuals. Prior to her time in the United States, she lived on every continent bar Australia. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, boating, and spending time with her husband and two grown daughters. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
