NPHI Welcomes Novant Health Hospice

The National Partnership for Healthcare and Hospice Innovation (NPHI), the national voice for not-for-profit hospice providers, welcomes Novant Health Hospice as its newest member.

Established in 1997, Novant Health is a world-class leader in healthcare, operating a four-state integrated network of physician clinics, outpatient centers, and hospitals. Novant Health Hospice operates three comfort-oriented care inpatient hospice facilities in Charlotte, Matthews, and Salisbury, North Carolina.

Novant Health Hospice offers a homelike environment for short-term comfort care to patients and families. Their services include routine nursing visits, personal care needs, social work visits for counseling and advocacy, 24/7 on-call service, and bereavement support. Their in-house care team includes a hospice physician, nurse, nursing assistant, chaplain, grief counselor, and volunteer.
