Goshen Home Care & Hospice offers a continuum of care, from post-hospital recovery to end-of-life comfort, all within the familiar surroundings of home. Their personalized approach ensures that each patient receives the care they need, whether it’s managing symptoms or providing support during life’s final stages. Goshen is also committed to supporting families and caregivers through their grief with specialized bereavement services. Hospice of Redmond
Hospice of Redmond has been making a profound difference in the lives of patients and families in Central Oregon since 1979. Their dedicated team includes physicians, registered nurses, social workers, hospice aides, and spiritual and bereavement counselors, all working together to provide holistic care that addresses the unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of those facing a terminal illness. From its beginnings as a volunteer-led initiative, Hospice of Redmond has grown into a nonprofit organization serving thousands of individuals across Deschutes, Jefferson, and Crook counties. With more than 20 staff members, they offer hospice, palliative care, and bereavement counseling, helping families stay close and involved in their loved one’s care while providing the support they need to navigate the end-of-life journey.
