With an impressive legacy spanning over 40 years, Tillery Compassionate Care was founded in 1979 through the collective endeavors of an interfaith group of dedicated citizens. Since 1981, the organization has been steadfastly serving the residents of Stanly, Montgomery, and surrounding counties, serving as a beacon of compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals confronting incurable illnesses or injuries.
Tillery Compassionate Care provides a comprehensive range of hospice care services, reaching patients in their homes, assisted living communities and long-term care centers. The organization is dedicated not only to the well-being of the patients but also extends its compassionate support to families, including grief support. Additionally, in 2022, Tillery Compassionate Care expanded its services to include palliative care, further enhancing its commitment to holistic patient care.
